Where can I check my Tier Points, Casino Dollars and Star Gifts balances?

Login to your Member Dashboard to view a snapshot of how you are tracking along with all of your current balances. Alternatively, you can view your balances via The Star Club Member Kiosk on-property, or by downloading and logging into The Star App.

Do all of The Star Club properties offer the same benefits?

There are core benefits available to you across all of The Star Club properties. There are also some additional benefits available to you which are unique to each property. See the 'Memeber Benefits' or 'My Benefits' section on The Star Club website, Member Kiosk on-property, or via The Star Mobile App to view the full range of benefits available.

How do I join?

You can apply to become a Member of The Star Club by registering online here, via The Star App, or on one of The Star Club Member Kiosks on-property. After registering, simply visit The Star Club Desk with photo identification within 30 days to complete your application. You must be 18 years or over and provide acceptable valid ID to join The Star Club.

How can I update my contact details?

You can update your mailing address, phone number, email address and communication preferences by logging into the ‘My Details’ section on The Star Club website, The Star App and The Star Club Member Kiosks on-property. To update your name or residential address, visit The Star Club Desk on-property and our friendly team will be able to assist.

I've lost my Membership Card to The Star Club, how can I get a new one?

Simply visit The Star Club Desk on-property and our friendly team will be more than happy to print you a replacement card.

Where can I use my Membership Card to The Star Club Card?

Your card can be used when you play, stay or dine at The Star Sydney, Treasury Brisbane or The Star Gold Coast. This means you can continue to earn Tier Points and Casino Dollars no matter which property you visit. Login to The Star Club website or Member Kiosks on-property, or via The Star Mobile App and see the 'My Benefits' section to view the full range of benefits available to you.

What are Tier Points?

Tier Points are used to determine your Membership Tier within The Star Club. Once you’ve upgraded your Tier, and after your Tier Review Date, you have 12 months (365 days) to enjoy your amazing benefits. During this period, you can continue to accrue Tier Points to maintain your current Tier, upgrade, and unlock even greater benefits.

How do I accrue Tier Points?

You can accrue Tier Points through gaming play, on purchases at most of our restaurants and bars, and when you stay at one of our luxurious hotels across any of our three properties. For more information, please see the 'About Tier Points' section under the 'Member Benefits' section on  The Star Club website or via The Star Mobile App.

How many Tier Points do I need to qualify for each Tier?

Tier Points required to qualify for each Tier are:
Silver: 100 Tier Points
Gold: 1,500 Tier Points
Platinum: 5,000 Tier Points at Treasury Brisbane and The Star Gold Coast
Platinum: 7,000 Tier Points at The Star Sydney
Diamond: By invitation only

How is my Tier Points balance calculated?

Your Tier Points balance is calculated on a daily basis, and is based on the total number of Tier Points you have accrued over the last year (365 days) to date. Your Tier Points expire one year (365 days) after being accrued.

When is my Tier reviewed?

Your activity will be reviewed on a daily basis, which means you can find out sooner if you’ve reached the next Tier, or retained your current membership level.

Upon reaching your next Tier, or retaining your current Tier, you will be able to enjoy all of your amazing benefits for a full 12 months (365 days) from that date. To retain your current Membership Tier, you just need to accrue the relevant number of Tier Points (that is, the same number of Tier Points required to attain that Tier), within the 12 months (365 days) period.

As long as you continue to accrue Tier Points on-property, they will never expire.

What are Casino Dollars?

Casino Dollars are your on-property currency which you can earn and redeem at any of The Star Club properties. For more information, please see the 'About Casino Dollars' section under 'Member Benefits' section on The Star Club website or via The Star Mobile App.

How do I earn Casino Dollars?

You can earn Casino Dollars when using your Membership Card for playtime on the gaming floor, at most of our restaurants and bars, and for hotel stays at any of our three word-class destinations. See the 'About Casino Dollars' under 'Member Benefits' on The Star Club website or via The Star Mobile App for participating outlets.

Where can I spend Casino Dollars?

Casino Dollars are your on-property currency that you can redeem at our hotels, at most of our restaurants and bars, or for playtime on the gaming floor, including on your favourite table games at any of our three world-class destinations. When do my Casino Dollars expire?

As long as you continue to accrue Tier Points within a 180 day period your Casino Dollars will never expire. What are the selected outlets at each property that Casino Dollars can be earned and redeemed?

What are Star Gifts?

Star Gifts are a little thank you from us as you progress through the Tiers of The Star Club. Available to Silver Members and higher, as you accrue Tier Points and reach one of regular intervals within each Tier, you can unlock a Star Gift. Silver Members can redeem for instant Casino Dollars, while Gold Members and higher can also choose from Retail Gift Cards, On-Property Gift Cards or Premium Products. Login to The Star Club website, Member Kiosk on-property, or via The Star Mobile App and see the ‘About Star Gifts’ section for more details.

How do I earn Star Gifts?

Available to Silver Members and higher, as you accrue Tier Points and reach one of regular intervals within each Tier, you can unlock a Star Gift. Login to your Member Dashboard on on The Star Club website, Member Kiosk on-property, or via The Star Mobile App to track your progress towards your next Star Gift.

What happens when I change my Tier and on my Tier Review Date?

When you change Tier and on your Tier Review Date, you will commence a new Tier Points accrual period for Star Gifts. Any Tier Points contributing to a previous Star Gifts target will be cancelled.

What gifts can I redeem?

You'll be spoilt for choice with the large range of Star Gifts available. Silver Members can redeem for Casino Dollars (loaded immediately onto your Membership Card at the Star Gifts Kiosk), while Gold Members and higher can also choose from On-Property Gift Cards, Retail Gift Cards or Premium Products - the choice is yours! How do I get started?

Star Gifts can be earned by Silver Members and higher. If you are not yet a Member of The Star Club, visit one of The Star Club Member Kiosks on-property or The Star Club website or via The Star Mobile App to sign up today. You must be 18 years or over and provide valid photo ID to become a Member of The Star Club.

How do I check my Star Gifts balance?

You can track your progress to your next Star Gift by logging into your Member Dashboard on The Star Club website, Member Kiosk on-property or via The Star Mobile App, and view any unlocked Star Gifts at one of the Star Gifts Kiosks on-property.

Do Star Gifts expire?

Any unlocked but unredeemed Star Gifts will only expire if you have not accrued Tier Points within the previous 12 months (365 days).

How do I redeem my unlocked Star Gifts?

To redeem an unlocked Star Gift, simply visit one of the Star Gifts Kiosks located across our three properties. There are three categories to choose from; Casino Dollars, Gift Cards and Premium Products. Select the category you wish to redeem from and browse through the product catalogue. Select the product item you wish to redeem, and then click 'Add to Cart'. Once you are happy with your selection and provided you have enough Star Gifts earned click 'Checkout' to redeem your gift. All orders are subject to the terms and conditions of The Star Club program. You can find more information contained in the Star Gifts brochure available on-property.

How do I find a specific product or experience?

You can browse for a product or experience by swiping the product images in the Star Gifts catalogue from right to left. Alternatively, you can use the Star Gifts category tabs – Casino Dollars, Gift Cards and Premium Products which is located above the product catalogue. The Star Gifts category tabs allow you to search for items by category, product name or by gift value. Each product and experience contains a picture and description of the Star Gift(s) available to you by Tier.

What if I want to cancel my order?

Once you have placed an order, the order will appear at the bottom of the product catalogue. Cancellation of an order can only be completed prior to checkout and processing of your redemption.

Where can I find a history of all past products and experiences that I have redeemed?

You can obtain details of all past orders you have made by enquiring at The Star Club Desk. You will be able to view the name of the product or experience, the Star Gifts redeemed by Tier and the status of your order.

I haven't received my product. When should I expect to receive my product?

We will endeavour to deliver your product/s within 10 business days after the completion of your order. If after 10 business days you have not received your order, please contact The Star Club Contact Centre Team on 1800 223 011, Opening Hours: 8am - 6pm (Monday - Friday) and 8am - 7pm (Monday - Friday) during daylight savings. Closed on NSW and National Public Holidays. Alternatively, you can contact our partner directly and quote the consignment note from the email you would have received upon order confirmation.

Can my products be delivered to a PO Box or parcel locker?

All delivery addresses must be a street address within Australia. Post Office Box addresses or parcel lockers will not be accepted.

Will I need to be home to receive my products?

Yes, as most products are sent by courier or Registered Post. Alternatively, you can input your work place or other address where you will be available between 9am - 6pm, Monday - Friday, at time of order at the Star Gifts Kiosk.

How much is the delivery charge for my products?

The delivery charge is included and there is no additional payment required for postage. Products will only be delivered to an Australian address.

Can I redeem a product for delivery to another person?

Yes. At the time of order at the Star Gifts Kiosk, simply provide the contact name and delivery address you wish to have the product delivered to (delivery address must be within Australia).

Can I arrange for my products to be sent to an international address?

No – the delivery address supplied must be located within Australia.

What happens if I'm not happy with my products?

You cannot return a product because you change your mind. If the product is faulty, damaged or unfit for use then without limiting any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law, it may be returned within the specified warranty period for an exchange or refund. Please contact The Star Club Contact Centre team on 1800 223 011, Opening Hours: 8am - 6:00am (Monday - Friday) and 8am - 7pm (Monday - Friday) during daylight savings. Closed on NSW and National Public Holidays.

What happens if I lose a Gift Card?

Gift Cards are subject to the terms and conditions of use stated on the card. A Gift Card redeemed from the Star Gifts Kiosks will not be replaced or refunded if lost, stolen, destroyed or expired.

Where do I find the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy?

You will find links to the Terms and Conditions of The Star Club and the Privacy Policy at the footer of each page on The Star Club website and at the Star Gifts Kiosks under the “menu’ button.
