Digital Card
Which mobile devices and operating system version can support the Digital Card?
Your Digital Membership Card is available to iPhone devices on minimum iOS 14 and Google Android devices on Android 9.0 and Android Nougat.
Where can I use my Digital Membership Card?
All Members can use their Digital Membership Card at our Restaurants, Bars, Hotels & Spas. Please carry your physical Membership Card for play on the casino floor and private gaming room entry.
Can I still use my physical Membership Card?
Yes. As Member of The Star Club both your physical Membership Card and Digital Membership Card are linked to your account.
Can I earn and redeem my rewards with my Digital Membership Card?
Yes. For Members of The Star Club there is no change in earning Tier Points and Casino Dollars, and redeeming Casino Dollars for food, beverages, accommodation and spa treatments.
Can I add my Digital Membership Card to Apple Wallet or Google Pay?
Yes. Your Digital Membership Card can be added to either Apple Wallet or Google Pay by following the below instructions:
- Simply open the app
- Select 'Card' at the bottom of the navigation bar
- Scroll to either 'Add to Apple Wallet' or ‘Save to phone’ for Google Pay
- Follow the prompts on your mobile
What if the Digital Membership Card on my phone isn’t working?
Follow the steps below:
The Star App
- Check if you’re on the latest version of the app
- Open the App Store and search ‘The Star’
- Select ‘The Star’ app and tap ‘Update’
Apple Wallet
- Tap ‘…’ icon on the top right to display more information and disclaimers
- Check ‘Automatic Updates’ is ON (recommended to always keep this on to avoid future issues)

What happens if I’ve reported my card lost or stolen?
Your membership will be suspended until a replacement membership card is issued. Once a replacement card has been issued, the Digital Membership Card will automatically update within the app and device wallet.
Note: For Apple Wallet, from “Expired Pass” you will need to select “Unhide” at the bottom right to add this back into the Wallet.
