More simplicity

From 7 October 2020, Tier Points, which determine your Tier Status, will be calculated on a fixed 365 day Tier Review Period. Your Tier Points reset to zero on your Tier Review Date, and then during your Membership year, your Tier Points balance will only ever go up showing you what you’ve earned. This will make it easier for you to keep track of your progress towards Silver. 

As soon as you earn enough Tier Points to move up to the next Tier, you enjoy the benefits of that Tier straight away. You’ll then enjoy your upgraded Tier and all the benefits it brings for a full 365 days from your Tier Review Date.

In addition, your Tier Review Date will move to the last day of its current month and remains this date each year going forward so you’ll always know when it’s coming up.

Star Gifts are coming to an end. Redeem your Star Gifts

Star Gifts will no longer be available. You have until 31 December 2020 to redeem any Star Gifts earned prior to 7 October 2020. Simply redeem at any Star Gifts Kiosk. Star Gifts not redeemed before 31 December 2020 will no longer be available for redemption.

This means a reduction to the Casino Dollars earned on table games³, but there’s no change to electronic table games and slots so you’ll continue to earn at the same rate on these game types.  Remember, your Casino Dollars will not expire as long as you continue to earn Tier Points every 180 days.

Plus as you progress through the Tiers you have the opportunity to earn more, with exclusive Casino Dollar Multipliers available to Gold members and higher.
